Hello from the StormStriker development team!
On January 2, we will be updating StormStriker with a brand-new version that takes our unique brand of fun to the next level. This update thoroughly reflects the valuable feedback you’ve shared with us, as well as the play styles you prefer, all to maximize the action-packed appeal of StormStriker. We plan to continue building on this foundation by actively communicating with you and taking your ideas on board for future improvements and developments.
However, please note that certain external systems (such as the store) are still undergoing improvements, and unexpected bugs may arise. Despite this, we’ve decided to release the new version on January 2 because we believe real-world testing and feedback are crucial. We have refined the core in-game experience, and your playtesting will help us polish the game even further.
1. More Exciting, Thrilling, and Widely Accessible Gameplay
This newly unveiled version incorporates multiple updates we’ve been preparing for some time. We’ve upgraded various visual and sound effects to enhance the sense of impact and improved clarity by streamlining them.
Most importantly, to ensure smoother and more seamless gameplay, we have adjusted various elements, including how skills function. With these refinements, we expect a broader range of players will find it easier and more enjoyable to dive into the game.
Additionally, we have carefully shortened the Time To Kill (TTK) to make combat even more exhilarating. We’ve also fine-tuned movement speed and respawn times to further maximize the game’s fun and excitement.
2. Special Launch Celebration Event & Rewards
To commemorate the launch of the new version and invite even more players, we’ve adjusted this week’s “Weekly Game Night” so you can earn even more generous rewards.

This week, you can earn additional participation rewards as well as the usual prizes for winning matches. Don’t miss out on experiencing the renewed StormStriker firsthand and grabbing these generous rewards. We look forward to your active participation in this week’s Game Night!
3. New Version Feedback Survey
To fully verify the balance changes in this new version, we’ll be conducting a brief gameplay survey after you try out the update. Your valuable feedback will go a long way toward making StormStriker more fun. We appreciate your participation and look forward to hearing from you.
Once again, please note that this version focuses on in-game play adjustments. Tutorials and external systems have not yet been applied, so please keep that in mind and share your thoughts on the overall in-game experience.
4. How to Sign Up for Gameplay
This week’s Weekly Game Night will take place not only on Thursday and Friday but also on Saturday and Sunday. We welcome and appreciate your active participation. For the time being, the event will only be held on the Asia server, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
While the North America server is open as usual, the event will not be available there.

How to Participate
Please leave a registration post in the “참여신청-participate” channel on the official StormStriker Discord server. Our admin team will form teams to ensure a smooth gameplay experience. After completing a set (best-of-three matches), we may rearrange teams based on skill levels so you can enjoy different battles with a variety of players.
